On October 13, 2022, the 38th "Oil Pollution Problem Committee" in Japan Maritime Center (JMC) was held at the conference room in the Maritime Center Building in Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. The committee discussed how the Japanese government should response at the 27th General Meeting of the International Oil Pollution Compensation Fund (IOPCF) 1992 Fund to be held in London from October 25th to 28th.
