Our Senior Researcher visited the Romanian Maritime Authority.
On September 29, 2022, Senior Researcher Setsuo Nomura (Mr.) visited the Romanian Maritime Authority together with officials from the Maritime Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) and the Japan Shipowners’ Association as an business of the Seafarers Issues Committee in Japan Maritime Center (JMC). Director-General Laurentciou (Mr.) showed his appreciation and explained clearly about the maritime education system and the seafarer certification system in Romania.
